Note: Orion is not on ranking 1-40 of CCRL. But it's one of my favorite engines which is one of my best sparring partners (it is not a super strong engine). I like it very much. After 2 years we have a new update.

No, no, no ,Evaluation and strength are much worse than version Orion 0.9 . Although this version has started self learning from Zero. I hope very soon these factors , specially the engine evaluation will be modified. I won't use this version , waiting for future and next version.
