Why did Tatiana Kosintseva resign this game?!

This was played today at the Women's Rapid Tournament. Tatiana Kosintseva was Black. I cannot believe she resigned this game. Tell me this was either a transcription mistake or she lost on time. This was unbelievable. What a way to lose! Being a piece up and about to win but loses!

Black won. There must have been a typographical error.
