The Obsidian 12 and Caissa 1.20 engines achieved excellent results in the test tournament for chess engines for Android. The CorChess 24040724 engine took 3rd place. The first version of the SF-Pro engine for Android appeared, currently in 7th place.
After a rather long break, another test tournament of chess engines for Android. Clover 7.1 won with an excellent result. In 2nd place SF-PRO 14.08.2024 and shared 3rd-5th places were taken by Patricia 3.1, Devre 6.0 and Halogen 12 engines.
The tournament was unexpectedly won by the chess engine Motor 0.7.0. But this was due to the CorChess 240823 engine having problems with time (it lost two games by running out of time). On the other hand, Stockfish 240803 made a lot of draws with weaker engines.
The Android chess engine test tournament was won by Obsidian 12. Stockfish 17 and SF-Pro engines had problems with time management and lost their games on time!
A brief tournament was held to evaluate new Android engines. The SF-PRO 25.11.2024 engine emerged victorious, followed by the Stockfish 20241113 engine in second place, and the Cfish 13 JA engine in third place.
