Note also that Predator 2.3 (vs 8 constant books) is performed 3750+ but vs
Trend ones unfortunately scored 3749...anyhow not bad for old dated book!

But the good news is that,
We still have many, who still develop the latest strongest eng opening theory!

Yes, you dont know how to test that engines that you call buggy, people tried to help you but are you quite bullheaded and you dont like to accept that you were (and are) wrong! And you know what I am talking about, old man.

I will tell you whats going on in your tournament machine: Apart from book tests, the rest of the tests are irrelevant (specialy the ones with learning engines).

The author of Simex declared it DEAD for the NNUE engines era. You were told about this many times, but you still keep using this tool when Simex does not say anything about real differences now. If you carefully look at the code you will understand that the engine (Raid) is just Stockfish Dev + learning + polyglot book usage capabilities, as simple as that. The search is identical, so he should inform users about it instead of claiming it is a "different" engine with changes in search or similar.

But if your slow old brain probably does not let you understand it, dont worry. Less and less people care and respect your chess activities after they discovered your real character and personality, which is logical. Even you are banned in some forums...

If you say "who cares" that implictly implies that you dont care either... LOL.. You have big problems to express yourself then...

Not as a perfect tool of course...but I am happy to use it
And still does a good job...e.g helps to
See even NNUE of 3700+, which are more close to each other...
But I admit that nowadays is hard to find Top chess engines,
Which are to be based mainly on own original ideas, e.g
Mostly of produced sim results indicate as close to SF...

But I agree here 100% with Simex's author
If we are looking for original Top chess engine...
Then it is simply pointless to be used Simex 2 tool

I run my eng or book tours mainly for fun...not as world championship...

Create a CTG book on only wins...and see what happens...
Blacks will use to play those lines or not...if still not so clear:
Try as engine Polyfish via CTG book....under Cutechess GUI

Via latest new update: 7 (seven) books are entered and as you may see too,
Some performed very good e.g one of them are Hamish 5, Hcan Upd, Lion X
Btw, for anyone missed: Lion X book is tuned to prefer Lion 110423's openings
And as I expected the both Lion book versions are gained identical Elo points
Note also that I started a new Blitz tour with the current Top 10 (ten) players

Sure If possible, via strong openings...you may know:
Via handicapped weak openings: the error margin can be too high...

On other hand (a note, who are beginners in chess..):
SF engine is not a good idea at all (for book tours),
As reason: no way to use BIN books, exc via Polyglot...
But even so...no way to set properly BIN book settings!
Besides, Stockfish is too DRAWİSH engine, just in case...
Exc. that many book authors may lose their interest...

See close to 98%-99% draws and these high draw values
Are expecting to appear even via fast time controls...
