Tournament of 18 new chess engines. The Igel 3.6.0 engine won, the Akimbo 1.1.0 JA engine came in 2nd and the Arasan 25.0 engine came in 3rd. More tests are underway, results will be posted on our website soon.

Small tournament in newly installed GUI - Aquarium 2025. The Lc0 0.31.2 engine won, the Akimbo 1.1.0 JA engine took 2nd place and the Zangdar 3.04 engine took 3rd place. More results soon on our website.

Obsidian dev-14.23 SE wins Middle Class Engines Tournament (Tests by Jörn Gronemann, 2025.01.06)

Another Middle Class Engines Tournament - 1026 games played. The winner was the Obsidian dev-14.23 SE engine, in 2nd place the Dragon 3.3 engine, places 3-4 were shared by the Caissa 1.21 and Alexandria-7.1.0 engines. We invite you to our pages, more tests soon.

Top Engines Tournament, 05-13.01.2025

Very big tournament of the best chess engines. Places 1-3 were taken by JudaS++ 3.0, Beast 15 MPV and Yuliana 6.0 engines. Quanticade Chimera 1.2 engine had problems with starting in Banksia GUI. Results on our website soon.

Lizard 11.2 wins Arena New Engines Test, 2025.01.08 - 2025.01.13

Another test tournament of new versions of chess engines on a slightly older laptop. The Lizard 11.2 engine won, the Clarity 7.20 JA engine came in 2nd and the Horsie 1.0 engine came in 3rd. The Quanticade Chimera 1.2 engine did well and was launched without any problems in GUI Arena. More results will be posted on our website soon.
