By choice. No need dx12, i'm not a daily gamer. No need microsoft edge, i use chrome, firefox. No need new hardware, i already have my own cluster. No need new features, i already coded all the tools i needed. No question about hw/sw compatibility, telemetry, user's rights, os updates, location of os features, end of support, etc.

Nice thats a lot of things... I am on Windows 10, but I removed telemetry, location, edge and all that crappy bloatware with a tool..

Also just wondering, what is your cluster's specs?
