Here we can clearly see that Sedat mainly deals with people who create BIN books from games or people who modify the source code of existing engines. In other words, people who need Sedat's free games.

But engine trainers don't need Sedat's free games ! They get all the games they want after each opening learned by the engines. They don't give a damn about the blunder's lottery (=ultra bullet TC) at SedatChess. They train engines in order to learn the most effective moves (great/very great depth) for the entire game, so not just the rare killer moves at shallow depth.
