Ladder matches #7 and #8 finished.

IvanHoe 57 drew 6-6 with IvanHoe 52, and so 57's challenge fails.
Houdini 1.03a reached 6 points, with 2 games left, so defending the challenge from version 1.02.

Ratings updated. Covers 674 games with a time control of 90 minutes each side. Zip and 7z compressed game files available. Know sample size is small.

Knockout Format

Knockout event started with ten engines. Stockfish 2.0.1 has already defeated version 1.9.1 in the first preliminary-round match.

Is this running on 2 different hardware, or single with 2 cores per engine?

One laptop, with CPU having 2 cores and 4 hardware threads. Each engine gets two hardware threads.

Deep Rybka 4 moves to third on ladder after finishing 6.5-2.5 ahead of Stockfish 2.0.1.
