One thing is for sure : you have no skills in learning engines and even less in experience files !
This is why almost all trainers of learning engines (Khalid, Crikoch, ZamChess, GemOfLife, EmptikBest, Igbo, Hurnavich, Pleomati, Sarona, MZ, Ibaibur, Eduard, Mehmet, Skynet, etc.) will never give you a copy of their experience files. Rulleeeee tried it at his expense (he left with games containing less than half of the moves in his experience file), he never did it again. You never managed to run a tourney of EXP files / learning engines under tourney mode in your entire life.

And now we realize that even for your book tournaments there are doubts...

As you can see, in training mode the engine does not always follow its experience file, this is the goal for it to learn.
So Sedat's settings are unsuitable for a tournament where we expect the engine to follow its experience file.
