Yes, since a long time (since 2009) I'm not as Online player,
But for example in the past, I had some good experience...
And still I remember these old good days, with a lot of fun )
But nowadays, that's true no much idea what is going on servers
E.g recently I was in contact with HCAN and TURKEY's authors
And frankly, we talked a little bit..but mainly over Playchess..
Lichess server is as mystery ..really... I see a lot of Bots their,
But really I have no any idea about who is best of best...!
Actually as same words are going for all rest Online servers,
Because as we know, Online players use different hardwares
And that important factor plays as very serious influence....

What I can say more, and to be more clear:
My creation book method (using Online players games)
Is not as 1st...I mean in the past, I created many many
Books based on theirs games..some performed even as
Number Ones (Champions), I mean on same hardware..
Sure not always, e.g many of Online high-rated
Players are performing far away from reality....!!
Because via Online..hardware speed advantages..
May help to perform better and get higher points,
Or nowadys, via Online, the cherry picking system...
Can be as other funny factor )) to see high Elo points
Where under SCCT cond. all used to play fair, on same
Speed hardware cond.... Ok many comments )) let's see
What will be Prorteus's performance via my latest tour/s ?)
But anyhow,
After quick checking over Proteus's used opening lines,
I hardly doubt...but after all, 'time' will tell, right ?)

BIG update, 18 new book entries..and all of them are tuned/optimized to
Prefer Online players openings which are based on latest months games,
Concentration is more over ProtesusSFX, since is ranked 1st on Lichess,
But here is not like that... I say again: SCCT is a very hard League..special
One not for everyone) just joking..actually in every joke, there is true, right?
Btw, the both Public ones (HCan+ OPTIMUS) are stabilized on highest ranks!
In other words, a similar issue is never happened before...I mean 2 (two)..
E.g normally the private books are Leading ones...really very interesting!
But this is life...and all we learn... be aware of that too, soon as possible,
More entries are coming... and let's see what will be the next new results..

It's interesting to see that online opening lines from bots are not really optimized.

I noticed this, when I analyzed a little more than 2000 wins games, at the end of 2023, from Lichess bots. I kept only 40 interesting lines for my OPTIMUS database, that's very few. I realized that a lot of bad opening lines from Lichess wins came from opponents that have more than 20 ELO differences. It's clear that even with a bad opening line, a bot with 20 ELO higher than opponent, may win.

This tour is a really good idea.

And happy to see 2 public books at first takings.

Yes..agreed, sure for the moment..
But I am not sure about tomorrow )

On the other hand,
If we are going to check current overall Online players points,
We will notice that mostly Online based books are not in Top..
But this is also true some of them perform very good as well, e.g
One of them is The Freshman1902 (tuned to prefer Lichess player)
DRAHA, Katapulse etc are good too, both based to Playchess players

Btw, I realized to include some former Champions:
DON HERCULES, EVEREST, RED DRAGON, we will see... )

And I wonder much.. what will be next results )
These books are old-dated, especially DON's openings
E.g DON opening lines are based up to August 2023..
And as a book maker, you can imagine...but just for fun... )

The way that i do it. I set elo for white and black as 2800 so that any games having bots who are below 2800 won't be included when i filter out!

Breaking News - 11.03.2024:
Another update, 13 entries...again many of them are tuned / optimized to
Prefer Online players openings e.g so far TorBot v2 performance is best
Sure I refer about all my created Online books..on other hand, we have 2
New very strong entries: Pyramid by Angel Morano and HCan-Attack by
Hamdullah Can..both Top books are serious opponents to be next Champ
Note also that HCan-Attack and Pyramid will be played min 2000 games..
To be more clear, any of Top 10 will contain min 2000 games (per player)
In this way, Error margin will be less about determining who is best of best
For anyone missed, theirs games will be send sure if request by the authors
Otherwise, no much chances to be tuned...and to perform better...right ?!)
Btw 3 former Champs (DON Hercules,Everest,Red Dragon) entered too,
Simply just out curiosity...and frankly nowadays we can not much expect..
Because as I stated earlier they are old-dated..especially DON Hercules's
Openings are oldest in this tour..but the greatest record belongs to DON...
If not so clear, I mean 6-months old openings to be 6-times Champion!
And let Me say please some words for Everest as 5-months old openings
Still among one of best ranks..really amazing..simply Everest is Everest!
And about Red Dragon..the smallest..just 256 KB (uncompressed size),

Meanwhile, just I'd like to inform all you that
According to Lichess eng database (based on 2020-2021 played data),
The highest Elo points belongs to Nezh-BOT: 4919 / 4970
That means with 98.97% win. percentage... but I did not include Nezh's results,
Due to my Lichess ranking is based on only latest months.. but if adding.. Nezh BOT's
Points were 3555 Elo, about + 400 Elo points better than ProteusSFX AI

Ok...if I was new in chess, I mean as a beginner.. I'd believe...
But I am not..since a long time I am in chess..+45 years...a serious period

In other words, there is perfect saying over these issues:
All that glitters is not gold

If still not so clear,
In reality...in our current planet...no way to get these high numbers,
Exception, via playing ONLY vs weak opponents...hehe...
In other words,
via Cherry Picking Method... it's like nothing but self-deception!

One thing more, I have a small announcement:
For those who are hunting for high Elo points...
COME to SCCT... you will be ranked much more..
Very likely over than 3700+ Elo..
And the most important..in a very short time.. and
In same time, with serious number of games (per player)...
