UPDATE 3

Incognito 5 Pro still leads.. and very impressive that
Incognito engine is with one of the smallest size.. plus
One of lowest draw ratio so far..!

On other hand, as we see..
After more games, the rest players are close in points too..
And in my opinion, after the end of current strength testing...,
Mostly of the played engines points will be almost identical...
In other words, let's hope for good news )

Code: Select all

Rank Name Elo +/- Games Score Draw

   2 SF-PB 080124 1 3 488 50.2% 99.2%
   3 CoolIris 11.80 1 4 488 50.1% 98.2%
   4 Brainlearn 27 1 4 488 50.1% 98.6%

UPDATE 4

Well, the current test is already paused/ended..
And now is time to work over book configurations... )

Anyhow, here are latest standings...and as I expected,
All are very close in points (in strength), almost identical..
That means in same time,
The strongest books, sure via NN assistance..will be ranked at better places..
No doubt also that, the tour's draw percentage is expecting very high too...
But I think that,
It is worth giving a try...at least once...since the target to be close to Online...)

Meanwhile (about registrations from same Author):
For right now, two opening books will be allowed...
Later..it will depend on my free/CPU time,
I may accept even 3 opening books!

For anyone missed,
Two separate tours will be organized...that's why
All will depend on the number of Book entries,
E.g if too many entries: two..if less..3 books

And once more, in case of interest to submit a book:
Please do not forget to specify the engine... for example,
You can check, select one of the latest tested engines...

See for details my previous recent postings...

Yes... I wonder much too.. )

But at least I can say,
It will be based on very strong opponents..sure
It is too early for announcing... about who will be in...
But I expect to see many entries by well-known Top authors
Ok...after all time will tell.. )

Thank you again for your interest..

And wishing you good luck )

UPDATE 6

1st of all,
Kilfish 270224 will be not played in planning Online Book CS!
Or other engine (such as SF-PRO 290224 by APOCALYPSE too)
As reason, these chess engines do not have BIN book future...

Anyhow, just out of curiosity,
I've realized to test Killfish via Polyglot adapter too...

And as I expected and unfortunately:
Kilffish 270224 engine via Polyglot adapter suffers...
Actually many via adapter don't play at full performance...
And this is nothing new...exception in recent test:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3911&start=10
I mean even in the past about 10-15 years ago..
Similar issues recorded...some did not play at full performance!
That's why and as far as possible,
I am trying to stay far away from using external adapters...
Thanks for your understanding...

Ok..and here are the latest new played strength results:

Code: Select all

   # PLAYER : RATING POINTS GAMES (%)
