Hello fellow chess program lovers, I am here to alert you about the possibility of viruses in these programs that this Polish programmer codenamed “SOLIDOR” has posted on his website for you to download.
I downloaded the “ AVX2” version to test but the Microsoft Defender program prevented the execution of this program claiming that this file would endanger my computer.
I found it very strange to receive this message because "all" other chess programs do not display this warning, so colleagues, the execution of any version of this SOLIDOR program is exclusively under your responsibility and risk. It is worth remembering that this person is not trustworthy because a few days ago he released another file that according to him would have the version of the Eman 10 program, but the file came with a password, very strange and SOLIDOR did not provide the password for extracting the file. This is not the attitude of a trustworthy person. This is my message and my warning.

This is not related to virus. It is the way the executable was created. I validated with other five antivirus and no virus was reported. I would suggest you to validate with other antivirus and not only with Microsoft. It often reports virus when they are not under the policies of the MS Store.
