BRAINLEARN 28 WINS ANDROID CHESS ENGINES TOURNAMENT, BY CHESS ENGINES DIARY 20-21.04.2024

During the tournament, we tested new versions of chess engines for Android. The winner was the BrainLearn 28 engine. The second place was taken by the Caissa 1.18 engine and the third by Obsidian 10.0, which was the only one to win a game against the tournament winner.

Crystal 8 wins Android Chess Engines Test, by Chess Engines Diary, 2024.05.19

A tournament exclusively of new versions of chess engines for Android. The winner was the Crystal 8 engine. In 2nd place was Clover 6.1.2.4 JA, which was only half a point less than the winner.
In third place was the Velvet 7.3.0 engine, which was the only one to win one game with the winner.

Another test tournament for chess engines running on Android was won by BrainLearn 28.1. In 2nd place, slightly worse, the CorChess 240523 engine. In 3rd place, unexpectedly, Cheng 4.48.

ShashChess 35.3 wins Android Chess Engines Tournament, 2024.06.20

Another tournament of new engine versions for Android especially for you. The ShashChess 35.3 engine won by a large margin. Stockfish dev-20240530 took 2nd place and the Obsidian 12.0 engine took 3rd place.

This is the third tournament of new versions of chess engines for Android that we have conducted in recent days. In total, we tested 30 engines, three of which generated errors in the GUI - Chess Tournament for Android. The winner was Vengeance 3.10 JA, and in 2nd place with the same number of points Svart 6 JA. Place 3 for Sting Black Hole 7 JA.

The latest, quite large tournament of chess engines for Android. The first two places were taken by BrainLearn 28.1 and CorChess 240523 engines.
The Caissa 1.18 engine achieved a great result, taking 3rd and 4th place together with the Stockfish dev-20240530 engine.

Tournament of new engine versions for Android. Three engines scored the same number of points and shared places 1-3: Alexandria 7.0.0, Obsidian 13.0 and CorChess 240703. Surprisingly, Corchess did not win the tournament, but lost (on time) the game against the Alexandria engine.
Clarity 7.2.0 had trouble starting (timed out after a few moves) so we are removing it from further testing.

Test tournament of new versions of chess engines for Android system was won by Clover 7.0. In 2nd place by Caissa 1.20 engine. In 3rd-4th place two engines with the same number of points Renegade 1.1.0 and Peacekeeper 3.01 engines. 5th place was taken by CorChess 20240724 engine. Corchess had problems with time and lost his games on time.
