Does anyone know why the computer restarts when I use the engine?

Not enough information. When does this happen? Immediately after turning on the engine? And always? All engines or just one specific? Does everything except the engine work well?

It can be everything. For example faulty PSU or RAM.

What hardware do you have?

Try to run engine with one thread only and minimal amount of hash. Does it restart too?

i7-12700K processor and 16GB RAM, it restarts after working with the infinite analysis with corchess, now I am trying with stockfish 16.1, this did not happen to me before.

The problem is now solved, by changing the cooler for a TEMPEST PRO COOLER 120MMX2, after 2 and a half hours the temperature does not rise to 70 degrees.
