Breaking News (26.01.2024):
Today I organized another new competition, where this time I named it as
Revenge 2001..the reason of running it...simply because Chess Tiger 14
Was newer in previous tours, released in 2001, where his opponents were
As slightly older vers., I mean almost all engines are released in 2000 year...
But now..via latest Revenge tour..all players are released in 2001, so I've
Done my best for more fair cond. if nothing else now I feel much better...)
Sure more games needed..but Fritz7 seems to be one of strongest of 2001
What I can say more, it is impossible to find engines, to be released all on
Identical date..sure as same words are going for opening books too..that's

Breaking News (29.01.2024):
1st of all this tour is not Championship..organized in the name of all Gladiators!
Be aware that my CM9000's personality, with name 'CM9 Gladiator' is best of best
Improvement, if comparing with all other tested Chessmaster settings...at least
Under these conditions, yes.. data is perfectly clear...Btw, what a lucky name ?)
For example, in the past with name 'The Gladiator' I used to play on Playchess
Plus I organized series of different Book+Eng Tours with 'Gladiator' name too!
Btw,(for anyone missed) CM9 Gladiator's performance was not so bad: Results
Note that in this tour: as far as possible I picked the highest-rated CM settings..
Sure I refer about other previous results (e.g based on CCRL, CEGT, SCCT etc)
Besides, as you see, all players are carefully picked, which are close in strength..
On other hand, I expected more from others CM settings especially from CM10th..
The current competition is ended.. but there is possibility to be resumed as well..
Note also that soon as possible I plan to organize other new Human-Like tours,
E.g with famous GMs personalities sure as books will be used theirs openings..
Ok chess friends. that's all for now..see you later..and thanks for your interest..)

Just another new CS and again the target to be like Human-Like yes all books
Are tuned prefer the Classical Champions openings, from the past to present...
Note also that time to time I run similar tournaments, e.g for previous: Results
And why again?... for several reasons, other tours played on older hardware..
Plus now many players are via different engines..close/adapted:Chessmetric
As other main diff. in older tours were CTG format, where now all books BIN
And as we see, via this tour Kasparov+Komodo managed to be Number One..
Be aware of that too, new CS is coming soon.e.g exactly the same books will
Be played by Cfish 030820... and let's see what will be the influences..at least
I can say..with the planning new book tour, the strongest books will be on Top...

Breaking News - 04.02.2024:
Another new championship, again only World Champions books!
Main target (via latest tours..) is to see the influences, you know,
More better..! And as you may see too, I've realized to run series
Of different tourneys: via Ponder ON plus via Ponder OFF too !!
I've used exactly the same book versions, which played: Results
Exc. current both tours are played by 8-times Champion: Cfish
Be aware of that too, the current CS is still active, e.g as next, all
Books will be played by Fruit 2.3.1 too, as main reason, because
Fruit is more close to World Champions strength, about 2800 Elo
Where Cfish is much stronger, close to 3600 Elo, Btw, Cfish is one
Of the strongest engines of the World...this is a fact..just do not say
NNUE, because NNUE is not an engine..just like BOOKS..I mean
Many of latest engines play via gaining from previous played data..
Forger everything, via gaining from older data I may beat many too!
So..this is not so much as 'serious' or to call it 'genius'...hope helps)
Ok let's back to our actual tours ) as we see, the pondering influence
Played a role over some of the players, better quality games for sure..
But if checking overall, I can say that minus plus standings are same...
Yes..Anand's performance is really very impressive, where managed
To be Number One in latest both tours...meanwhile, can we say that
Anand book will be as 'Triple' Champion via Fruit 2.3.1 engine too?
Sure after all, time will tell, right?.. and please stay tuned...

Dual (Grand) Champion: Anand - My Congratulations to Vishy Anand!
