I actually found a download link for Loop 2018 but when I downloaded it, it gave me the 2007 version.

you will see 2 links for loop 64 Bit and loop 32Bit there, but unfortunately they don't work. It seems the project has been closed. May be one of members who has this engine in his\her collection can help you.
