Not predictable. The words I want to say seem to be ridiculous and joking but I think even engines like humans sometimes have good days and bad days in their performances. Every little change in match condition or in category of participants can change the final ranking too in comparing to previous results of an engine.
Best regards

Yes.. that's true...
Any engine's performance depends ou our used conditions...
E.g just some of them, which play as serious factors:
-Engine stability
-Hardware speeds
-Hyper Threading ON/OFF
-Large Pages ON/OFF
-MP or 1 Core etc.
-Opening books
-Time Controls
-Ponder OFF/ON
-Concurrency
-Learned/NON learned EXP
-Number games (per player)
Etc.
Forget everything,
Even the hash sizes can play as serious influence over the results!
In other words,
A lot of factors can be main reason..sure as we are drivers,
That's why.....we have to do out best in our long journey !)
And let's hope for less mistakes and wishing good luck to all...
Greetings )

Re: SedatChess
Update
Note also that (about the new MP competition),
Triple Champion (SF-Poly 220723) will be entered too!
And the only one, which has no engine learning future..
Bu the way, in this way:
We will have some chances to compare the learning influences,
Since in this championship, the concurrency is dropped to 10, so
Tour can be good indicator about which are best learning engines!
Because via high concurrency (e.g just in case of Gauntlet: 64),
The engine learning is not so effective, but now via concurrent 10
Plus via Round-robin...the tour's conditions seems to be better...
And please stay tuned... more info very soon!

Breaking News (22.10.2023):
1st of all, let's start via Russian proverb: Vek zhivi, vek uchis = Live and learn
Yes.. under these cond. the situation is completely different than recent Results
To be honest, I expected more from Eduard Nemeth's engine (Stockfish 220823 sl)
Same words are going for the rest.. maybe previous learned Exp.. are as reason ?!
Sure, other factors can be..very likely the EXP experts will explain better than Me
But there is one true, under these serious conditions: Eman is said the last word!
Really impressive points...and here I do not think that it is due to Error margin etc.
Note also that all of the participated are learning engines, exc. SF-Poly 220723
XXXIX Champion: Eman 9.51 - My Congratulations to Khalid Oman, SF team!

you should know that experience learnt from bullet is terrible. it(engine) wont have good games in longer time control if experience book is on and games which are in the xxx.exp are from bullet.
