Dont try to deviate the discussion... You said you did not care about GPLv3, and that was what I was mainly talking about...Sedat Canbaz wrote: ↑Tue Oct 17, 2023 11:35 amWhat are are talking about ?
Actually this is as joke that you say Raubfish is bad...come on..
And via great Raubfish SC engine :
You can not imagine..how thousands of successful games played..!!
And just in case..with the buggy ones.
Believe Me... I would lost my interest since a long time...
And I say again:
Raubfish SC is better than all those buggy chess engines!!
And be sure...for a experienced tester who looks for stability and fun:
Approx. +10 Elo means nothing...!!
On other hand,
When you provide/inform better engine (less DRAWİSH and more STABLE than than Raubfish SC,)
Then I will try to inform you about those buggy engines, which are worse than Raubfish SC
Btw, actually I already mentioned...you should know some of them...right ? or you forgot already ??
And to be more clear (if you will suggest about which are better than Raubfish):
Tell please the best/better engine for 'book tours' on my tournament hardware:
[Dual CPU] AMD EPYC 7B12 128 Cores /256 Threads
If you can not...please...ignore my current posting...
If some engines crash because you dont know how to use them (even if a lot of people told you that you were using them incorrectly) it is not my fault really.
Standard Stockfish Dev is probably better overall than Raubfish (because it is updated, as simple as that). Maybe not for your book tests, because to really test books sometimes it is better to use non-NNUE engines, but better overall.
I wont post anymore here if you want to continue with this discussion either open a new thread or in your thread, we are already polluting this thread too much.
Regards.
