I recently started using Aquarium 2021 for correspondence chess and I have been using the IDeA feature to generate new strategies. I am facing
some issues:
1. One of the issues that repeatedly crops up is that after a certain point, when the tree minimaxes, there is an error saying Can't Delete Tree - System can't find the file specified. I had saved the file as Reti Advance Main Tree - with one space between words. Is the spacing causing an issue? This happens when the position count crosses a high number like 20k.
2. There was also another tree error with regards to minimax - Can't delete Tree - Directory is not empty. This ends up stopping the Aquarium IDeA altogether. I don't know how to resolve this as well.
3. After I manually minimax the tree using TreeUtils' Multiple Minimax, the position count just disappears and so does the IDeA eval. Is this normal? Or is there another way to do this?
