Guaranteed headache: Church Verses State EPD test set

Mate in 3 positions that are literally guaranteed to give you a headache.

Here is a problem like those, but one ply deeper (it is a mate in 4). Note that each problem has a single solution.

These look to be malformed.

In every other EPD file I have, I see

id "xxxxxx"

this has no quotes. Ditto for the pv...

Quotes are not needed for the id field if it does not contain spaces.
There are many test sets with that format.
