I don't have the statistics in front of me, but I too have a 1090T with 8 gig of DDR2 that I regularly match against a freinds I7 920 and DDR3 memory in longer matches of 1hr+. The 1090t yeilds impressive results even playing versus the same engine and identical UCI parameters.
