Do not worry, no one's work is perfect..sometimes I do mistakes too,
E.g especially when I copy/paste previous tour cond. to newer one...
Sure, just in case...later I am editing the wrong text words...
And if you ask Me, what are my frequent mistakes ?)
Usually not correct dates )) of course sometimes many of us make
Grammar mistake too, but quite normal since our English is not native )

By the way, there is a such great saying over these issues:
The only man who never makes mistakes is the man who never does anything
