Scid on the Go updated

Post by Jeremy Bernstein » Fri Mar 25, 2011 10:03 am

The new Scid on the go has an improved study mode that no longer creates new variations when an incorrect move is entered. I loaded a bunch of mating problems into it last night and it's working great. Thanks, Gerhard!

Great!

I like this application.

It's great overall but the only trouble is: When solving the tactics in study mode off, it doesn't let the user know that the puzzle is finished, or how many moves are left to solve it entirely, or whether the move as made by the user (especially in the end of the variation) is right/wrong.

So I guess it basically serves the function as the Pgn viewer rather than the software to solve puzzles.
