IPPOLIT: Clone or not?
The IPPOLIT engine and its derivatives (Robbolito, IvanHoe, Fire, probably Houdini, Tankist and others) have been a source of emotional debate for over a year now. To this date, there is still no technical data which incriminates these engines as being clones of Rykba (3), as Vasic Rajlich accused them of being. I'd like to collect the available technical analysis of the IPPOLIT engines in this thread. Please contribute what you've got.
