SpecTral v2 wins Strong Engines Tournament (Tests by Jörn Gronemann, 2025.02.08)

Over 1000 games and the strongest chess engines. In addition to Stockfish variants, engines that are in the top ten of the CEDR ranking played. The SpecTral v2 engine won, the Yuliana 6.0 engine came in second, and the JigSaw 6.0 engine came in third. We will post more results soon, please visit our website.

The results of this tournament are quite a surprise. The Obsidian15 engine won by a large margin, which was better than Stockfish and its variants. In second place was the SF-PRO2 30.01.2025 engine, and third place was taken by the Artemis 7TR engine. More tests are underway, the results will be on our website soon.

HypnoS ++ 1.01 wins Arena New Engines Test, 2025.02.07-10

A tournament for you on a slightly older computer. The winner was the HypnoS ++ 1.01 engine, in second place the Artemis 7TR engine and in third place the Rems M-2+2 engine. More tests are underway, the results will be on our website soon.
