Brainlearn 30 wins Strong Engines Tournament (Tests by Jörn Gronemann, 2024.12.29)

Another tournament of the strongest chess engines was won by Brainlearn 30. In 2nd place the SF-PRO 27.12.24 engine and in 3rd place the Stockfish dev-20241222 engine. Further tests are ongoing, results soon on our website.

The next Middle Class Engines Tournament was very close. The Obsidian dev-14.23 SE engine won, the Caissa 1.21 engine came in 2nd and the Alexandria-7.1.0 engine came in 3rd. The new Fire 10 version debuted, but came in last. More results on our website soon.

Obsidian 14.20 SE wins New Youngs Talent Tournament 26-30.12.2024

Tournament for 25 new versions of chess engines, referred to as "Young talents". The winner was the Obsidian 14.20 SE engine, in 2nd place the Integral 6 engine and in 3rd place the Akimbo 1.1.0 JA engine. More results soon on our website.

JigSaw 6.0 and ShashChess 37 wins Top Engines Tournament, 26.12.2024 - 01.01.2025

Very large tournament of the best chess engines, 2106 games played!
Places 1-2 were shared by the JigSaw 6.0 and ShashChess 37 engines. Places 3-6 were shared by the engines: Big Yuli GM 221024, Artemis 4TR, Stockfish 17 and Stockfish dev-20241222. More tests are underway, results will be available soon on our website.

Dragon 3.3 wins New Year's Tournament - Strong Chess Engines, 2024.12.31 - 02.01.2025

The New Year's chess engine tournament was won by Dragon 3.3. In 2nd place the Obsidian dev-14.23 SE engine and in 3rd place the Clover 8.1 engine. The next tournaments are ongoing, results on our website soon.

The latest versions of chess engines played in another Middle Class Engines Tournament. The Obsidian dev-14.23 SE engine won, Berserk 20241119 in 2nd place and Caissa 1.21 in 3rd. The Revenge 4.0 engine also played - recently available again for free. It took a distant 12th place. More results coming soon.
