As expected, Stockfish releases are getting harder and harder...

Previously, against Stockfish 15.1, d.c.s needed only Eman 8.40 training data, at worst it needed to reinforce (at D40) only 2-3 moves from key positions for the given openings.

Now, against Stockfish 16.1, when Eman 8.40 training data is not enough (I mean: when playing 2000 games/opening is not enough to really learn the opening = when the average first novelty is less than 50%), it is necessary to reinforce all moves from key positions for the given openings.
