this is straight from stockfish team boss headquarters (hq)

they want hyperthreading (ht) turned off because they don't understand how it works but HOUDINI does

The problem is that with more than 64 logical processor SF has a big drop in speed due to how processors are handled under Windows ...

this was a gr8eat tournament, showing who is boss.
but now there is CORRUPTION with "stockfish" trying to get tcec to turn off hyperthreading (HT) so their executable is not 20-30% slower.

you may wonder why i didn't report the third furlong completion at tcec9, stage3
well houdini won his final game to be in 2nd place even by tcec accounting standards

stockfish 29, houdini 26.5 (really 27), komodo 26 (really 25.5)

but i was waiting for first game of last quarter, houdini vs komodo ...

with a big game against komodo in round 1
but the tcec operators "accidentally" set the wrong params on komodo
when it had lost the game, they "cancelled" it
