I also prefer to have a learning stockfish, even without tb support, if that's all we can get.

My understanding is that Jeremy is quite busy helping the Komodo team.

If that's the case, we probably will not see any updates by him any more.

I don't know what's going to be the fate of pa_gtb, but ...

Are there any updates for this engine coming up? Stockfish has gained considerable chess knowledge since last version of pa_gtb. Any info appreciated. Txs.

Hi folks,

This current version is not running on fritz 10, 12, or arena, on my hpdv6000 laptop. Basically it is refusing to start. The 64 bit versions runs wel on my other 64 bit system, thought. I suspect it might a flag or two that may need some tweaking.
