UPDATE: back up and running. I had to remove alternative themes + languages. For now, it's english + there are a few theme options. Please let me know if any critical functionality is broken.

The Stockfish 7 sources have diverged so significantly from the sources used to create the PA_GTB version that I'm not willing to take the time to get it all ...
