Re: Proposal to update Forum Organization
the unify of engines and books is not a good idea, it is necessary to divide them. I prefer the presentation before. Please make a different chapter for each one, Thks

Re: Houdini Versions
Hi Robert,
I used your Houdini 1.03a engine with my own book Mapanare 1.0b (I am the author of Mapanare) with a lot of good results. I used split_depth 13 instead of 10. My hardware is an Intel quad 6600 at 2.4 ghz with 4 gigas of memories RAM and using the windowz 7 ultimate. To increase the ...

Re: Dr. Deeb´s FireBird settings
I tested firebird with the Dr.Deeb's setting. I noted this one slower to play blitz (risk to lost on time) and I changed immediately to Houdini 1.03a which is faster.

Re: tablebases with Houdini
Yes I know Robert, but there is no way to do that? playing and reading Nalimov of triplebases? Does Houdini stronger and faster if it reads tablebases?
Do you think in the future in modifying the program incorporating the tablebases?
Thank in advance.
